Three directors, elected annually by the membership, conduct the business of the Homeowners Association. The board of directors appoints officers and architectural control committee (ACC) members. Roles and responsibilities of officer positions and architectural control committee members are described in the association’s Bylaws and CC&Rs documents in the Documents and Forms page.

The board of directors meet throughout the year to address association business. Board meetings are scheduled in advance and meetings are open to association members to attend.
